We welcome you as a member if you affirm your agreement with our approach to environmental protection in Southeast Alaska, as expressed in our statement of Principles and Purpose at the link below.

Our bylaws require such affirmation before membership is conferred, in order to help GSACC maintain its original mission, as successive boards are elected and bylaws are amended over time. This necessity comes from sad experience with changes that have occurred in some other environmental organizations in this region and elsewhere.  GSACC-Membership-Application

GSACC will occasionally distribute information on pending issues and calls for actions. However, it is your call whether to be included in such distributions and how long to continue these distributions.

This web site is owned and managed by the Greater Southeast Alaska Conservation Community (GSACC). Like you, GSACC is concerned about personal privacy and how information remains confidential — period. While GSACC prides itself on grassroots advocacy, it respects the right to privacy of all its individual members and donors through a strict policy of non-disclosure of its membership, fundraising, and mailing lists. This includes name, address, financial information, and email address.
